1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Backgammon Chat (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You must use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, spam, advertise without permission, post illegal or sexually explicit content, post hate speech, or interfere with the App's operation.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post, including messages, Moments, comments, and profile information. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate it within the App. We may remove or hide content that violates these Terms.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

For violations, we may remove or hide content, issue warnings, suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts, or report violations to authorities where required.

7. Gameplay Fairness

You must not use cheats, bots, automated scripts, exploits, matchmaking manipulation, collusion, or unauthorized software.

8. Virtual Items

Coins, diamonds, gifts, achievements, levels, and other virtual items are for entertainment only. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable outside the App unless explicitly permitted. We may modify or remove virtual items and pricing.

9. Not Gambling

Backgammon Chat is not a gambling app. There is no real-money betting, wagering, or cash-out of winnings. All in-game currency and items are virtual and have no real-world value.

10. Purchases and Refunds

Virtual item purchases are processed through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. Prices are displayed before purchase. Refunds are subject to the applicable store policies and applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, graphics, sounds, and non-user-generated content, is owned by YP GAMING and protected by applicable law.

12. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

13. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YP GAMING is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.

15. Termination

You may request account deletion from the App's Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms and will notify users of material changes through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
